Inaali laahow wa inna Ilaahi rajicuun: Condolence to Caaqil Aw Abdi Jibril Obsiye family and relatives. We were extravagantly jolted by the death of darling Caaqil Aw Abdi.

He played a great role in the reconciliation process of Somaliland, especially the Borama, Awdal conference 1993. In addition, Caaqil Aw Abdi Jibril was played a great role in the reconstruction, and redevelopment of the Somaliland, zone 5.
Caaqil Aw Abdi will always be engraved in the annals of Awdal, Salal and Zone 5 history for his implacable and thoughtful tremendous efforts to help his people in Awdal, Salal and zone 5 as a whole. His soul is gone but his feat will remain for ever with Somaliland people in general, Awdal, Salal and zone 5.
On the behalf of Hori family and friends, we hereby harness the people of Awdal, Salal zone 5 in particular and Somaliland in general in their sadness and grief over the loss of a darling Caaqil Aw Abdi Jibril and a leading figure.
